3 serving version, multiply as needed.


2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into pinky finger width slices

2 T. olive or almond oil (I actually used 4 T water)

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. cracked black paper or white pepper


Wash your potatoes. Slice 'em. Toss 'em in the oil or water. Toss the moistened taters in the spices. Lay in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turning and stirring half way through. Original recipe called for 20 minutes but my stinky oven took about 45. See less
