"Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups of warm water

- 2 teaspoons of sugar

- 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast

- 3 1/2 cups of bread flour

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 teaspoons of salt

- 1 can of crushed tomatoes

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 bunch of fresh basil

- 2 cups of fresh mozzarella cheese

- Salt to taste

- Olive oil for drizzling

Directions:

1. Start by making the dough. Combine warm water and sugar in a bowl, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, olive oil, and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, then cover it and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it heats.

5. While the dough rises, you can make the sauce. In a saucepan, combine the crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, and some salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

6. Once the dough has risen, divide it in half. Roll out each piece into a 12-inch round.

7. If you're using a pizza stone, transfer one round of dough onto a pizza peel or an inverted baking sheet. If you're not using a stone, place the dough onto a greased baking sheet.

8. Spread half of the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Add half of the fresh mozzarella cheese and a few fresh basil leaves.

9. Drizzle with a little olive oil and add a sprinkle of salt.

10. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

11. Repeat with the second pizza.

12. Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh basil leaves if desired.
