"Ingredients:


- 1 whole sea bass, about 2 pounds, cleaned and scaled

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 large bunch fresh thyme

- 1 large bunch fresh parsley

- 1 lemon, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup dry white wine

- 1/2 cup chicken broth


Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinely sea bass inside and out with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Season the inside and outside of the fish with salt and pepper.

3. In a large ovenproof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thyme, parsley, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

4. Place the sea bass in the skillet. Add the lemon slices, scattering some inside the fish and some around it in the skillet.

5. Pour the wine and chicken broth into the skillet. 

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 

7. Baste the fish occasionally with the butter and juices in the skillet while it roasts.
