6. 2 carrots, sliced in thin strips

7. 1 cup of broccoli florets

8. 1 cup of snap peas, sliced diagonally

9. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

10. 1 tablespoon of chili sauce

11. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

12. Salt and pepper to taste

13. 2 green onions, chopped

14. 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


Directions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

3. Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for a minute until fragrant.

4. Add the bell pepper, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok or pan, followed by the soy sauce, chili sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are well coated in the sauce.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Garnish with the chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
