"Ingredients:

- 1 pound ground beef

- 1/2 pound ground pork

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons dried basil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1/4 cup milk

- 2 cups marinara sauce

- 4 sub rolls

- 8 slices provolone cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and milk.

2. Mix the ingredients until well combined. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.

3. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with the marinara sauce. Stir gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce.

4. Slice the sub rolls open and place two slices of provolone cheese inside each roll. Spoon the meatballs along with some sauce into the rolls.

5. Place the subs on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
