- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup sliced carrots

- 1/2 cup sliced red onions

- Sesame seeds for garnish


Directions:


1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, chicken broth, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Set aside.

2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and red onions. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Return the chicken to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir to coat.

6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
