Directions:

3. In the same wok, add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and Szechuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

4. Return the chicken to the wok. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.

6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
