"Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts

- 4 slices of ham

- 4 slices of Swiss cheese

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- 2 cups of breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

For the Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons of butter

- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

- 1 cup of milk

- 1/2 cup of chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

3. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.

4. In three separate bowls, put the flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

5. Roll each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

6. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken on all sides until golden brown.

7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

8. While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk and chicken broth. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Once the chicken is cooked, remove the toothpicks and serve with the sauce.
