1. 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, and salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they're fully coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.

2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

3. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.

4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.

5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
