For the Chicken Skewers:

- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated

- Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:


1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add in chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.


2. For the Tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.


4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.


5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.


6. Serve the chicken skewers with the tzatziki sauce.
