"Ingredients:

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs

- 2 cups panko bread crumbs

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 cups marinara sauce

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Set out three shallow dishes. In the first, place the flour. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, mix the bread crumbs with half of the Parmesan cheese.

4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off the excess, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture, pressing it on to coat.

5. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.

6. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place the chicken on top. Spread the remaining sauce over the chicken.

7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top.

8. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

9. Sprinkle with the chopped basil before serving.
