"Ingredients:

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup of chicken broth

- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:

1. Mix the flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken breasts in the mixture, shaking off any excess.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes to reduce slightly.

4. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened.

5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let it simmer in the sauce for a few more minutes to let the flavors meld together.

6. Serve the chicken with extra sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
