"Ingredients:

For the Dough:

1. 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour

2. 1/2 tsp of salt

3. 1 tsp of sugar

4. 1 tbsp of active dry yeast

5. 1 cup of warm water

6. 1 tbsp of olive oil

For the Topping:

1. 1/2 cup of tomato sauce

2. 2 cups of fresh mozzarella cheese

3. Handful of fresh basil leaves

4. Olive oil, for drizzling

5. Salt, to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the yeast with the warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.

2. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture, add the olive oil, and stir until the dough starts to come together.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it's smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

7. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the basil leaves. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

9. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

10. Let the pizzas cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
