- 1 cup old fashioned oats

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 2 tablespoons almond butter

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


Directions:


1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.

2. Stir in the almond butter, making sure it is well combined.

3. Gently fold in the blueberries.

4. Divide the mixture between two mason jars or other sealable containers.

5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

6. Stir before serving. Add more almond milk if necessary to reach the desired consistency.

7. Enjoy cold, or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes if preferred warm.
