"Ingredients:

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- 1 1/2 cups of milk

- 4 large eggs

- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1 cup of Nutella

- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with butter. Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the skillet and swirl to completely cover the bottom of the skillet. Cook until the underside of the crepe is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Gently flip the crepe and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter, coating the skillet with butter as needed.

4. Spread a thin layer of Nutella over half of each crepe. Top with sliced strawberries. Fold the crepe in half, then in half again to form a triangle.

5. Dust the crepes with powdered sugar before serving.
