"Ingredients:

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side; set aside.

3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

4. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and butter. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
